Three
Year Custom Computer Limited Warranty
The
Georgia Computer Workshop System warranty is
one of the most comprehensive in the industry.
The Georgia Computer Workshop warranty protects
all our custom computer systems against defects
in materials or workmanship for three
years labor and one year parts from
the date your computer ships. Extended warranty
upgrades are available for purchase with complete
computer systems to extend the duration of the
parts warranty. Warranty service for all peripherals
(monitors, speakers, external equipment) is
provided by the manufacturer of the component.
All claims for warranty service must be made
during the term of the warranty. |
| Warranty
Length
Your
warranty and return policy begins on the day
we ship your computer. After your warranty expires,
it is important to note that many of your components
will still carry a manufacturer warranty (e.g.,
most hard drives are 3 year, Kingston memory
is lifetime!). Once your warranty expires with
Georgia Computer Workshop, you must deal directly
with the manufacturer to obtain warranty service
for a component. |

Labor Warranty
Every
Georgia Computer Workshop Custom Computer includes
three years of labor warranty. This
includes labor costs for upgrades, should you
wish to make upgrades to your computer. See
the "Limitation of Liability" section
below for exceptions to this coverage. |
| Parts
Warranty
By
default, every Georgia Computer Workshop computer
includes one year of parts warranty.
If a component fails or is found to be defective
and is reported during this term, Georgia Computer
Workshop will repair or replace the defective
part with new or reconditioned parts at our
option. Upgrades to 2 and 3 year warranties
on parts are available for purchase with any
system.

RMA
Policy
- All
warranties are based on original invoice date.
- No
RMA# will be issued without serial # and the
correct invoices.
- Any
physical damage will void the warranty. All
parts with permanent marks on it will be rejected.
- Please
do not send back accessories with the computer
parts for replacement. GCWorkshop.com will
not be responsible for any lost accessories.

No refunds or credit will be issued after
15 days of purchase date.

Product open is not returnable for credit
or refund. The returned item(s) must be 100%
complete, in original and re-salable condition.

There will be 15% restocking fee on parts
returning for credit. All non-product related
fees (shipping,transaction, payment processing,
and insurance) are not refundable.

The RMA# will be valid for only 15 days. Shipments
under expired RMA# will be refused on delivery.

RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping
label of the return shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on
any product that does not meet these requirements.

Please allow approximately four weeks for
warranty service.

Support Department.

Obtain the RMA request form from our website
or request a fax copy by calling phone number:678-534-3538.

Fill out the entire field on the request form.

Make a copy of the original proof of purchase.
(Sales receipt or invoice)

Upon received of the RMA number issued to
you, send in the RMA product within the next
7 days.

During the request, you may call in for the
status or the status of the sent in RMA at

Packing
Guideline
- Returned
items must be packed properly and safely,
preferably in the original packaging
- The
RMA number should be marked clearly on the
outside of the package
- A
copy of original proof of purchase and a written
description of the unit's problem should be
included
- Any
item shipped to GCWorkshop without RMA number
listed on the package will be returned to
the original sender
- GCWorkshop,
Inc. will not be responsible for any damage
or loss during transportation due to improper
packaging

Shipping
Guideline
- Shipment
of returned items for all repairs should be
prepaid and insured by customers via a carrier
of their choice.
- Products
sent without prepaid freight will be returned
to original sender immediately.
- Any
damages during transit are not covered under
warranty.
- GCWorkshop
is not liable for any delays or error on the
part of any carrier.
- We
do not accept any C.O.D. shipments.
- GCWorkshop
will pay for return freight.
- All
repaired products are to be shipped via standard
UPS ground service.

RMA
received error

If any error is found in defective items received,
GCWorkshop representatives will inform customers
to make an update in RMA status. Otherwise,
the unapplied items will be returned to original
sender without repair

All non-GCWorkshop products will be sent back
to customer without repair and prior notice
at the cost of the sender
- Any
product that are out of warranty and, or have
a broken seal will be return without repair
unless repair is being charged to customer

Technical Support
Technical
support is included with each computer system
for three years. You must have your
invoice number to obtain technical support.
Technical issues are handled via email and
phone. The primary (and fastest) method of
communication is email. We are open
M-F from 10am to 7pm(EST). We are
closed on the weekends and major holidays.
Components purchased from the Georgia Computer
Workshop parts store do not include technical
support. Tech support for operating systems
is limited to aspects directly related to
hardware functionality. Support for other
operating system features must be obtained
through other channels.

| Limitation
of Liability
Georgia Computer Workshop is
not responsible for damages or costs that are
the result of accidents, misuse, disaster, or
abuse of your computer. Modifications, overclocking,
BIOS or firmware updates, or repairs made to
your system by anyone other than Georgia Computer
Workshop will void your warranty if not cleared
through a Georgia Computer Workshop representative.
Most all modifications will be approved, but
we need this aspect of control in order to prevent
unnecessary damage. Georgia Computer Workshop
is not responsible for any losses or complications
that arise as a result of a computer failure
or a delay in production or repair of your system.
