| How we process your orders: |
| First, our technicians will review the components that you select to make sure everything works with no compatibility issues. |
| Then, someone will manually send you an email in 3 business hours to let you know the expected shipping schedule (usually 2~3 business days for MB Bundles, 4~5 business days for PC Systems). |
| If there are any compatibility issues in the items that you select, in the email, we will also recommend substitutes with similar functions and prices, and recalculate the order amount for your approval. |
| A UPS tracking number will be automatically emailed to you when the order is shipped. |
